IMF tips bumpy road in global trade as China transitions its economy

WASHINGTON - The International Monetary Fund (IMF) reflects more confidence in its China economic outlook released yesterday, citing recent policy stimulus from Beijing. But it warns that China’s “momentous” shift from investment-led growth is “still having a chilling effect on trade globally.”
